After placing your order, the Order Received page will include an Upload Payment Proof section. Enter your payment reference number and upload a clear screenshot of your receipt or payment confirmation.

When will my order be confirmed?

Orders are confirmed after the submitted payment proof has been manually reviewed and verified.

How long does payment verification take?

Verification is usually completed within a few hours, depending on order volume and the clarity of the submitted payment proof.

What payment methods are accepted?
