*There is suspected misuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity

4. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. QR payment options may include GCash and/or Maya, depending on what is currently enabled on the website.

Customers are responsible for sending the correct payment amount and saving or screenshotting their payment confirmation before returning to the website.

After payment, customers must upload a clear payment proof and enter the payment reference number on the Order Received page.

All payments are reviewed manually. Orders are confirmed only after payment proof has been checked and verified.

Verification time may vary depending on order volume, payment method, and the clarity of the submitted proof.

If payment proof is incomplete, unclear, or does not match the order amount, additional information may be requested before the order is confirmed.

Orders are processed after payment has been verified. Shipping timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, product availability, and order volume.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Advanced BioLabs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.

7. Cancellations

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact support as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests may not be possible once payment has been verified, the order has been processed, or the order has already been prepared for shipping.
