Advanced BioLabs aims to provide a clear and reliable ordering experience. Please read this policy before placing an order.

  1. Payment Verification

All payments are manually verified before an order is confirmed.

After completing payment, customers must upload a clear payment proof and provide the payment reference number on the Order Received page.

Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been reviewed and verified.

  1. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact support as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests may be reviewed if the order has not yet been confirmed, processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled.

Once payment has been verified and the order has already moved into processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.

  1. Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be considered when:

Payment was sent but the order cannot be fulfilled
The product is unavailable after payment confirmation
There was an incorrect charge or duplicate payment
The wrong item was delivered
The item received is defective, damaged, or does not match the confirmed order

Refund approval may require order details, payment proof, photos, videos, or other supporting information.

  1. Returns and Replacements

Return or replacement requests may be reviewed if the product received is incorrect, damaged, defective, or does not match the confirmed order.

Customers must contact support as soon as possible after receiving the order. Please include:

Full name
Order number
Product name
Clear photos or videos of the item received
A description of the issue

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging when return is required, unless the issue involves damage or defect that can be verified through submitted proof.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted for:

Change of mind after the order has been processed
Incorrect information provided by the customer
Failed delivery due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping details
Payment made without completing the correct order process
Unclear payment proof that cannot be verified
Issues reported after an unreasonable delay
